1. Cité Rey Nursing Home – Braine-le-Comte
Provisional reception of the Cité Rey Nursing Home site in Braine-le-Comte which was entrusted to us in May by Entreprises Générales Louis Duchêne to install partitions and suspended ceilings.
The supporting residence, Sé-Rey-nité, was opened on 7 March.
These are 32 apartments, each of 53m² which will be available to residents.
The supporting residence named Sé-Rey-Nité, very close to Cité Rey.
Description of works
- Fitting of EI 60 plasterboard suspended ceilings – 1020m²
- Fitting of Thermogyp type thermoacoustic partitions – 1755m²
- Fitting of Rockfon Krios suspended ceilings – 825m²
- Installation of MS100A partitions – 486m²
2. Undertaker Arijs – Alost
We are finishing the project at the undertaker Arijs in Alost. The interior finishing of the funeral parlour, as well as the adjoining house was entrusted to us by Botech.
The project was carried out in 2 phases, so that the client could also live and work on the site. The building has a total surface area of 780m². The opening of the new building took place in March 2020.

3. Hydrogen Europe – Brussels
Just before the start of Europlafond’s holidays, the company registered the order to plan for new offices at HYDROGEN EUROPE.

- Erecting of full-height solid, glazed partitions (2.60m), acoustic barriers to the right of the partitions, full-height safety glass doors (9 rooms), mobile partition
