The work here involved modifying the layout of the partitioning on the ground floor.
The partitioning to dismantle and remove were built from slab to slab which meant that we had to start by dismantling part of the false ceilings on each side of the partitioning. Also, dismantling meant that repairs had to be made to the floor covering.
The removal of the partitions revealed marks on the walls, which meant that it was necessary to touch up the paintwork.
During our first visit, we noticed that certain ceiling slabs were dirty and we offered to dismantle an area so as to recover some tiles and install new ones in the office created on the ground floor.
When the partitions were dismantled, we were unsure whether the alignment of the ceiling sections matched, which is why, to the right of the former partitioning, we installed a so-called “bandraster” 125 mm wide. That way, we obtained a very clean finish.
For the floor covering, we had to make a clean cut in the linoleum so as to glue a strip with a welded seam on both sides.
On the ground floor, we had to block a door which was used for the new partitioning of an office on the ground floor.
This required the complete repainting of the walls where it used to stand.
The customer was completely satisfied by this work and we have already been contacted for other works at their premises.
