Orban Liège

For this project, the old office building of the Swiss insurance company Winterthur, dating from the 1970s and located on Boulevard Frère-Orban in Liège, was converted into a building comprising 40 apartments, 1 penthouse suite and shopping areas, all laid out over 12 floors and located on the banks of the Meuse and halfway between the centre and Les Guillemins.

This project will offer the chance to create housing in the city centre, near the station.

In November 2021, we were awarded the contract to install the plasterboard partitioning and the insulation and suspended ceilings in EI120 plasterboard, as well as the implementation of shafts in Promat throughout the site.
